Every fall, the Quebec Federation of Home and School Associations (QFHSA) is pleased to offer executive training workshops for new executives at local Home & School Associations (H&S).

Each participant receives a Toolkit complete with documents, instructions, timelines, and helpful hints.
For the past several years, the workshops have been held virtually on Zoom.

No recordings were made of the 2025–2026 workshops. However, you may access the 2024–2025 workshop recordings at the following links.
Note: contrary to what is mentioned in the recordings, the QFHSA recommends using eTransfers, cheques, or cash for payments instead of platforms such as Zeffy and Amelia. These platforms may seem convenient, but too many H&S have run into challenges accessing their funds. For this reason, it is best to use these systems only if your association is officially recognized as a Non-Profit.
