About Us and Social Impact

Since 1944, the QFHSA actively promotes the involvement of parents, students, educators and the community at large in the advancement of learning while acting as a strong voice for parents.

While the core business of the Federation is to provide services and programs to our members, the QFHSA is, in consultation with its member organizations, also active in presenting briefs pertaining to governmental studies and legislation, thus providing parents with a unified voice concerning the many bills relating to matters affecting Quebec’s children and youth.

QFHSA members receive information and guidelines on various issues that touch on the lives of our children such as Internet safety.
