Two people can’t be expected to agree on everything at all times. In fact conflict is a normal and necessary part of healthy relationships. Learning how to deal with conflict—rather than avoiding it—is a crucial life skill.
The purpose of this workshop is to help participants identify and better understand conflict, while providing techniques for improving conflict resolution and communication. Together we can find a way to learn key skills to manage our frustration and resolve conflicts peacefully and productively. This workshop will provide a conflict resolution process that participants can use to resolve conflicts of all sizes. Come join us for this interactive strategy based workshop to learn more about resolving conflicts peacefully.
